The place used to be called something else (and I don't mean the car dealership)....remember my buddy dave having his car towed from the totally empty lot next door that the asshole who owned would never let anyone park in....

Yes, it was Bardo, the place that arguably started the whole gentrification of the Court House to Clarendon corridor.
